History and Style:

This beautiful home sits on Lot 19 overlooking the Long Reach. It was built in 1906 for W. W. Patterson and his wife Ida May. It was constructed by two brothers who boasted that they never used a level or a square, and the present owners certainly agree. The home was built in the Queen Anne Style, which was very popular in the early 1900’s.
